°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê the Speaker:
Engr. Felix Camagay obtained his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering degree in 2021 from the Université de Paris and Arts et Métiers ParisTech, in France. He did his master's thesis in the Neuroengineering Laboratory of ETH Zurich in Switzerland where he developed an algorithm to accelerate the modeling of neural stimulation devices inside the nerve for neuroprosthetics design. He was the first recipient of the Foreign Graduate Scholarship for Biomedical Engineering under the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI). His bachelor's degree is from the University of the Philippines. Engr. Camagay is currently a Research and Development Engineer at Orthopaedic International, Inc., the only orthopaedic implant manufacturing company in the Philippines where he helped develop the Prime Cemented Hip System and the Stratus Fortis Spine System and is now developing new technologies for Intramedullary Nail Distal Targeting.
