De La Salle University Publishing House (°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊPH)
Vision
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊPH envisions itself as notable center of knowledge production and dissemination – through book and journal publication – in both the national and the international scenes. It addresses itself the task of being a key conduit of ideas reaching out to readers worldwide – in the hope that the readers will process, transform, and eventually, mobilize these ideas for the betterment of society in general and the Philippine communities in particular.
Mission
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊPH seeks to enhance the educational mission of De La Salle University by publishing: (1) work by both established and new scholars in the field of Philippine studies, in a variety of genres; (2) specialized and peer-reviewed research that is generally not accommodated for publication due to its circumscribed readership; (3) textbooks for undergraduate and graduate courses; and (4) journals in a wide range of academic disciplines including education, business and economics, the social sciences, and the physical sciences.
These publications are undertaken in the spirit of: (1) enhancing further scholarship; (2) fostering discussions on the level of ideas; and (3) encouraging participation in public debate – all with the end goal of sustaining and extending the momentum for positive change in human society. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊPH will continue to take up the challenge of the digital age and employ the latest technology in the preservation, production, and dissemination of intellectual works – those over which we have rights of management.
